The speakers will each discuss the outcomes of the June 28 Primary Election, what they expect to happen during the November veto session and a look at the Illinois General Election coming up on November 8. Senator Holme is a sponsor of SB 178, IMSCA’s legislative initiative seeing retainage reform on public construction projects and will provide an overview of SB 178.
